Customer Experience Manager

Role: Hybrid

To support our continued growth in 2022 we are looking to recruit a talented Customer Experience Manager to take ownership of increasing existing ARR in line with growth targets and develop a team to achieve their potential.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Demonstratable track record in achieving sales growth targets
  • Proven ability to plan and execute account growth strategies
  • Churn prevention best practice
  • Background in EDI, eInvoice or similar SaaS based business

 

Key accountabilities:

  • ARR revenue growth
  • Churn reduction
  • Maintain a good understanding of Transalis products and services
