Managed, not manual.
Orders, despatch, invoicing and compliance are run by Transalis. There are no portals for your team to babysit. You get the outcome; we swallow the complexity.
Transalis runs your entire marketplace operation as a managed outcome. Orders, despatch and invoicing flow automatically across Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Mirakl, Zalando, Wayfair, Walmart and Shopify, connected straight to your own systems. One connection. Every channel. Add markets without adding headcount.
A certified Amazon Selling Partner · 15,000+ connections · reach across 50+ countries
Marketplace integration is the automated connection between your own systems and the marketplaces you sell on, so orders, stock, despatch and invoices move between them without anyone rekeying a thing.
Instead of logging into Amazon, eBay and every marketplace portal by hand, your systems and each channel exchange data directly. Transalis delivers this as a managed outcome: we connect the channels, translate the formats and watch every transaction for you. And the same connection reaches the UK’s grocery retailers, so you sell on the marketplaces and supply the supermarkets through a single point of access.
Connect once. Reach anyone. One integration, every channel, both worlds.
Because most sellers are holding it together by hand. Three patterns show up again and again.
A tab open for Amazon, another for eBay, a third for TikTok Shop, every order rekeyed into your ERP. It is the PDF trap in a new costume: slow, manual, and quietly expensive. One beverage supplier we work with was losing hundreds of hours a year to it, and making avoidable order errors along the way.
Every new marketplace becomes another person to run it. Growth turns into a hiring problem instead of a sales one.
One system to sell on the marketplaces, a separate EDI provider to supply the supermarkets. Two integrations, two invoices, two things to break.
There is one connection for all of it.
Transalis runs on a managed-outcomes model. We handle the complexity (channel connection, format translation, monitoring, error resolution) so you get the result without running any software. At the centre sits the Transalis Business Network: 15,000+ organisations reachable through a single integration.
A marketplace order lands: Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Mirakl and more.
Transalis translates it into your system’s format and routes it straight in.
Despatch and invoice data flow back out to the channel automatically, in the format that channel requires.
Transalis DataTrack™ watches every message in real time, and the managed team resolves issues before they touch your trading.
The same connection reaches Argos and the UK’s major supermarkets. Marketplaces and retail, in one pipe.
Connect once and reach them all: Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Wayfair, Zalando, Mirakl and B&Q Marketplace, with new channels added to the network over time.
Transalis is a certified Amazon Selling Partner. Whether you trade through Seller Central or supply as an Amazon Vendor, we automate the order, despatch and invoice flow and keep you compliant with Amazon’s requirements, managed end to end, with no in-house Amazon specialist required.
We would be happy to provide a few comments to you on the Transalis OpenEDI™ integration process with Amazon. It was a pleasure to work with their EDI team. The quick response to emails and quick turnaround of documents was greatly appreciated. Amazon expects vendors to be integrated within four weeks. Some take much longer than that. The integration of our suppliers takes just a few days from start to finish and includes AS2 testing which tends to take other vendors much longer. Even with having two to three test files per transaction before passing the Amazon validations, the speed at which the requested changes were made by Transalis, was very commendable.
Amazon.com EDI TeamTransalis connects to your ERP, marketplace or warehouse system through a single integration point. As your technology evolves (new ERP, new channels, new partners), your Transalis connection stays the same.

Sell on Amazon and supply the supermarkets through the same integration. It is one network built for both, not a marketplace-only connector bolted onto a separate retail setup.
New markets don’t mean new hires. The network absorbs the growth, so your team stays the size it is while your reach doesn’t.
DataTrack™ gives you total visibility of every transaction. ASIST turns marketplace demand into orderbook, inventory and stock signal, data working for you, not sitting idle.

Yes. The Transalis Business Network reaches both the major online marketplaces and the UK’s grocery retailers through a single connection, so you don’t run one system for Amazon and a separate one for the supermarkets.
Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Wayfair, Zalando, Mirakl and B&Q Marketplace today, with more added to the network over time. Connect once and reach all of them.
Transalis is a certified Amazon Selling Partner. We automate the order, despatch and invoice flow for both Seller Central and Amazon Vendor, and keep you compliant, no in-house Amazon expertise needed.
Transalis works on predictable, fixed-cost packages, no per-order fees, no charge that grows every time you sell more. Your costs stay flat as your channels grow. Talk to us to map the right package.
A channel manager is a dashboard your team logs into and runs. Managed connectivity is the outcome, run for you: Transalis connects the channels, handles the data and resolves the errors, so there’s no dashboard to operate.
No. Adding a channel doesn’t add operational load, because Transalis manages it. The network absorbs new marketplaces, so your team stays the same size as your reach grows.
Days, not months. The managed team handles the connection, mapping and testing, so a new channel goes live without pulling your people off their day job.
Both have their place, and you shouldn’t have to choose. Transalis orchestrates whichever a given channel needs (EDI, API or file) through one managed connection, so the right method runs under the bonnet without you managing it.
Most tools are software you run, and they stop at the marketplaces. Transalis is fully managed, and the same connection reaches the UK’s supermarkets as well as the marketplaces, with live business intelligence built in.
